Dr. Fekadu Ayalew, MD, MPH, is a physician and Assistant Scientist in the Department of International Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. With over four years of clinical and leadership experience in Ethiopia, Dr. Ayalew is dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and advancing research in underserved and resource-limited settings. 

Currently, he is actively contributing to the JEOP project, which aims to provide emergency food assistance in Ethiopia. In addition to his work on food security, Dr. Ayalew is deeply passionate about injury research, particularly road traffic injuries. He plans to leverage his combined clinical and public health expertise to develop innovative and impactful solutions for addressing these critical challenges.
