What Does the Science Tell Us?

This repository was compiled by the Johns Hopkins Center for Humanitarian Health and provides an overview of research on COVID-19, maternal and child health (including infants), and nutrition. This repository includes scientific publications from 1 February 2020 - 30 April 2021. 

We have also built an interactive dashboard which allows users to sort publications by country, date, and publication type as well as search by keyword. Click the image below to access the full repository dashboard. Please note that some features are not supported in Google Chrome, so it is better to use another browser. For guidance on navigating the dashboard, click here.

Individual months are located on the right-hand side, and new additions are marked in blue. To find the publication or topic of your interest, you can search in an individual month file using the Ctrl+F keys. All publications provide emerging evidence related to COVID-19 and

• Child health (from neonates to adolescents)
• Maternal health (pregnant women, women of reproductive age)
• Breastfeeding and Infant feeding
• Nutrition (related to MCH)

This tremendous effort was undertaken by a dedicated team of graduate students at Johns Hopkins University who volunteered their time to provide this much-needed service during an ongoing crisis.

We would like to thank all of you for sharing this repository with your colleagues, and for all your kind words of thanks and encouragement. It has meant so much to our team. We also owe a huge debt of gratitude to the National Institute of Health (USA) and all the journals that have provided free access to emerging evidence throughout this pandemic.
