Valerie Belchior-BelIino, HELP Course Coordinator/CRC

As a nurse with a Master in public health and in health structures management, Valerie Belchior­Bellino was involved in crisis contexts and low-income countries for 25 years. She spent most of her experience with Action Against Hunger and Medecins Sans Frontieres before joining the ICRC 9 years ago. 


In ICRC she dedicated her time to work assessing nutrition and food situations in Places of Detention and civilian population, developing programs, engaging in dialogue with authorities, and defining capacity-building sessions. 
She joined the Health unit as H.E.L.P. course coordinator last November 2021.
