Humanitarian preparedness, response and coordination has become very complex -more need, more partners, more demands, more dangerous. Future humanitarian leaders need expertise, experience, diplomacy and negotiation skills. As the world and humanitarian action becomes more complex, what does it take to be a future humanitarian leader?
